Our engineering work is focused on solving non-standard problems that require technical knowledge, custom design and practical execution. From small custom modifications to full-scale builds, we approach each project with an engineering mindset and attention to detail.
With experience in engines, suspension, electronics and structural components, we are able to design, develop and implement solutions tailored to each motorcycle and rider.
Every project is discussed individually to ensure the right balance between performance, reliability and real-world usability.
We develop custom components using CAD modelling and digital design tools.
From concept to production, we can design parts with precise geometry and fitment. Where required, we use 3D scanning and reverse engineering to recreate or adapt existing components.
This allows us to produce accurate, functional and repeatable solutions for custom projects and performance applications.

BODYWORK DEVELOPMENT
Custom Fairings & Panels
We design and manufacture custom bodywork for motorcycles, including fairings, panels and aerodynamic components.
Whether it’s a visual upgrade or a functional modification, we focus on fitment, durability and clean design. From prototype parts to final production, every element is built with purpose.
CUSTOM MOUNTS & FABRICATION
We design and fabricate custom brackets, mounts and structural supports for a wide range of applications.
From simple components to complex assemblies, every part is built to ensure strength, alignment and long-term reliability under real riding conditions.
BOLT-ON PERFOMANCE UPGRADES
We install bolt-on tuning kits and performance components.
This includes exhaust systems, intake upgrades, fuel system components and ECU-related modifications. All installations are carried out with proper setup and integration to ensure reliable performance gains.
CUSTOM SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
We install and develop additional systems tailored to specific rider needs and use cases.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
We can design and modify structural components of motorcycles, including frames, subframes and swingarms.
This includes strengthening, weight reduction and geometry adjustments to improve handling and performance. All work is approached with careful consideration of load paths, rigidity and safety.
STUNT BIKE PREP
We prepare motorcycles specifically for stunt riding.
This includes structural reinforcement, control modifications, cooling system adjustments and durability upgrades to handle extreme conditions and repeated stress.
